Return To Korea

Chris and I will be returning to Korea next week. We will both be working at a new school called Ansan English Villiage, in South Korea. It is on Daebu Island.  We will work in the same school and live in a two bedroom apartment. Here are some pictures that were sent to us of our apartment. We will send more when we get there.

We are thankful that the school has agreed to pick us up, take us to get our household items that we left in Ilsan and then drive us home to Ansan. We are flying in on a Friday so that we have the weekend to recover and get our house together before we start work on Monday, we will be working with Elementary age students. .

Here is the outside of the apartment.

The school is on Daebu Island so they will bus us in everyday and it should take about 30 minutes to get there. 

 We have a washing machine. Dryers are not used much in Korea. So we will hang dry everything. 

This is our living room. I will put a blanket over that orange couch right away. I like that there is a cooler in the room. The outside balcony will be nice for hanging up wet clothes. 

We are excited to see that we will have a microwave this time. There is a hot plate instead of a gas burner. There is not an oven. I think I see a rice cooker in the shelf. I like the dish rack. 

This is our bedroom. We can't see much. I like the windows and it is good to know that we have a vacuum to use.

This is a typical Korean bathroom. We like blue. 

We are very excited that our new home has a second bedroom. It is going to be an office / storage room / guest room.
